Our Limited Edition Shiraz Gin starts with late harvest grapes from our mates at Bridgetown Winery, Western Australia. The base gin was created with warming spice flavours including cinnamon myrtle, star anise, cloves, and ground ginger. After 8 weeks of the gin sitting on the grapes, we crushed the grapes in the gin, and lightly filtered the deep purple result before bottling.

This creates a naturally slightly-sweet shiraz, spice, and traditional juniper-forward gin with matching deep red colour.

Warm yourself up with this rich, fruit and spice drink while winter is outside. Maybe enjoy it near the fireplace or following a roast dinner. Drink with tonic and ice.
