Mandarin Gin Liqueur

Inspired by the success of our Limoncello, we created this Mandarin Gin Liqueur — a citrus-based liqueur that is also a gin!

Starting with our Signature Gin botanical taste, we combine cinnamon myrtle, star anise, orris root, cloves and mandarin peel to bring in their natural flavours. From this, our vapour-based distillation method produces a mandarin forward gin, making a great Christmassy background for our liqueur. After up to three weeks in vats with hand-peeled Arfour mandarin peel, we add our home-made sugar syrup. The result is this gorgeously-layered gin-based sweet mandarin liqueur! Store it in the freezer to keep it ice cold as this intensifies the flavour.

Serve it on the rocks, or with a splash of soda as part of a lazy summer lunch or after dinner drink.

This is a limited release drink as Arfour mandarins are only in season from June to October.
