Black Cockatoo Distillery Cellar Door

Wander through our small orchard up to our converted barn – our home among the gum trees – well, marri to be precise. Using recycled timber for our bar and reclaimed jarrah bar top, our Cellar Door has been a labour of love over the past 12 months.

Come spend some time in the bush sipping the taste of the southern forests. We would love to meet you, hear your favourite experiences with our locally-made award-winning gins, or help your family and friends discover their new favourite!

Coming in March: Blackwood River Art Trail

Our label designer and inaugural artist Rozie Johnson will be the Blackwood River artist in residence. Rozie is a painter and ceramicist who explores memory, physicality and ritual alongside an appreciation of the natural world. Like us, she’s a longtime lover of Western Australia’s south west forests. She’ll be here at our Cellar Door working with her potter’s wheel.
